Position Description: California State-Fullerton has an immediate need for an assistant coach. We are a member of the WCLL, and this is the team's third year in existence. The duties include assisting the head coach in all aspects of team practice, player instruction, game preparation, and game management. This position reports to the head coach. The time commitment is approximately 4 hours per week during the fall semester and 8 hours per week during the spring semester, not including scrimmages, games, and tournaments. Coaching experience preferred, playing experience required. Current practices are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 5pm to 7pm.
